Yuyao Jiahe Bearing Factory is located in Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, a famous bearing production base in China. It is adjacent to Ningbo Port to the east, Hangzhou to the west, Hangzhou Bay to the north, and Shanghai to the north. It is situated in the center of the Shanghai Hangzhou Ningbo economic triangle, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation.

Our factory was established in 2005 and passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification in 2007. We are a professional enterprise engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of various stainless steel bearings, micro deep groove ball bearings, and pulleys. The main products include: 60 series, 62 series, 63 series, 68 series, 69 series, 160 series, R series, outer spherical bearing series, non-standard bearing series and pulley series, with aperture ranging from 3MM to 20MM. The products are widely used in transmission devices such as household appliances, financial equipment, power tools, pneumatic tools, textile machinery, sports equipment, office furniture, door and window pulleys.

Stainless steel bearings are products professionally produced by our company. They are corrosion-resistant, waterproof, high-speed, and have a long service life. The 420/440 material belongs to martensitic stainless steel, which is weakly alkaline, waterproof, moisture-proof, salt spray resistant, and can withstand 96 hours of salt spray test without rusting. The material hardness is 52HRC-60HRC. The precision and rigidity are higher than 304 stainless steel, but the waterproof and rust proof performance is not lower than 304 stainless steel, making it suitable for high-performance engineering.

Due to the material of stainless steel bearings being able to resist corrosion caused by moisture and other media, they can be applied to equipment used in high humidity engineering such as food machinery, cleaning equipment, chemical equipment, fishing machinery, etc.

After more than ten years of development, our factory now has a professional precision automatic grinding line, with a monthly production capacity of 1.8 million sets of micro and small bearings, various non-standard bearings, and various pulleys.
